Solar HAPS definition

Solar HAPS has the meaning ascribed thereto in the JVA.
Solar HAPS means same as defined and set forth as ‘Solar HAPS’ in the Joint Venture Agreement, Exhibit A DEFINED TERMS.
Solar HAPS means a solar powered high altitude platform station that performs mission critical tasks for the next generation businesses such as [***].

  • If AV’s Non-Commercial applications of Solar HAPS impact the Company’s overall business in a materially and demonstrably negative way, then AV shall cease the activities directly causing such negative impact within a commercially reasonable time after receiving written notice from the Company providing AV with evidence of such negative impact.

  • All future operations of the Solar HAPS shall be conducted by the Company, however, AV shall be considered as a preferred outsourcing partner.
