Solar Project Developer definition

Solar Project Developer means the successful bidder in terms of the RfS who has acquired 100% (one hundred percent) of the shareholding of the SPV in terms of the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement. Solar RPO means solar renewable purchase obligation.
