SOP Manual means standard operating procedure manual. This manual includes step-by-step instructions for all procedures, operations, analyses, and actions whose mechanics are thoroughly prescribed and commonly accepted as the usual method for performing routine or repetitive tasks.

SOP Manual means EPE’s 2017 Commercial Standard Offer Program Manual. Term shall mean the Term of this Agreement as is defined in Section 4 hereof.

  • The SOP Manual shall include detailed procedures for procuring common types of goods, services and equipment required in the operation of the Parking Facility.
