South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund Board definition

South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund Board or ‘the board’ means the entity created pursuant to this chapter for the purpose of administering and distributing the funds within the South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund.
South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund Board means the entity that has the purpose of administering and distributing the South Carolina Opioid Recovery Fund and shall have the composition and responsibilities as set forth in Exhibit A hereto.
