South Texas Assets definition

South Texas Assets has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1.
South Texas Assets means any Oil and Gas Properties located in southern Texas, including any Oil and Gas Properties in Austin, Brazoria, Xxxxxx, Colorado, Crockett, Duval, Fayette, Goliad, Hardin, Harris, Hidalgo, Hockley, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Wells, Kenedy, Liberty, Matagorda, Xxxxxxxxxx, Nueces, Orange, Pecos, San Jacinto, Schleicher, Shackelford, Starr, Stonewall, Titus, Upshur, Val Verde, Victoria, Webb, Wharton, Willacy, Wood, and Xxxxxx County, Texas.
South Texas Assets means all of the assets of South Texas Co. "South Texas Co." means El Paso South Texas, L.P. a Delaware limited partnership.

South Texas Assets means any oil, gas, mineral or surface, or other real property interests or assets owned by EXCO in or around the Eagle Ford Shale play, and/or in Dimmit, Frio, or Zavala Counties.

Related to South Texas Assets

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Operating Entities means, from time to time, the Persons in which the Holding Entities, directly or indirectly, hold interests and that (i) directly hold real estate assets, or (ii) indirectly hold real estate assets but all of the interests of which are not held, directly or indirectly, by the Holding Entities, other than, in the case of each of (i) and (ii), any Person in which the Holding Entities, directly or indirectly, hold interests for investment purposes only of less than 5% of the outstanding equity securities of that Person;
