South West Water definition

South West Water means South West Water Authority constituted under Part 6 of the Water Act 1989, or any other person having the functions of an Authority under section 163 of the Water Act 1989 in the South West water supply catchment area;S. 3(1) def. of "South West water supply catchment area" inserted by No. 60/2005 s. 3(a), amended by No. 57/2006 s. 3(b).
