AT&T SOUTH CAROLINA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in South Carolina.
Corporation/ Corpn./ Department means the Central Warehousing Corporation.
AT&T MISSISSIPPI means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Mississippi.
New Mexico CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: If You are the original purchaser of this Agreement, You may return this Agreement and receive a refund if: (i) You have not made a claim under the Agreement; and (ii) You return this Agreement within twenty days after the date We mail You a copy of the Agreement or within ten days after You receive a copy of the Agreement if We furnish You with the copy at the time the Agreement is purchased. We may not cancel this Agreement without providing You with written notice at least fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date of cancellation. Such notice shall include the effective date of cancellation and the reason for cancellation. If this Agreement has been in force for a period of seventy (70) days, We may not cancel it before the expiration of the Agreement term or one (1) year, whichever occurs first, unless: 1) You fail to pay any amount due; 2) You are convicted of a crime which results in an increase in the service required under the Agreement; 3) You engage in fraud or material misrepresentation in obtaining this Agreement; or 4) You commit any act, omission, or violation of any terms of this Agreement after the effective date of this Agreement which substantially and materially increases the service required under this Agreement. A ten percent (10%) penalty per month (or each portion thereof) shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within sixty (60) days of receipt of a returned Agreement.
AT&T MISSOURI means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Missouri.
PPL means a petroleum production licence granted pursuant to the Petroleum Act;
AT&T LOUISIANA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Louisiana.
AT&T OKLAHOMA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Oklahoma.
Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.
Western or the “Corporation” means Western Energy Services Corp., a corporation amalgamated pursuant to the laws of the Province of Alberta, and includes all applicable Subsidiaries and predecessor entities of the Corporation, as the context requires; and
California company means a sole proprietorship, partnership, joint venture, corporation, or other business entity that was a licensed California contractor on the date when bids for the public contract were opened and meets one of the following:
Gas Corporation means the body corporate established by section 4 of the Gas Corporation Act 1994;
boycott energy company means “without an ordinary business purpose, refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with a company because the company (a) engages in the exploration, production, utilization, transportation, sale, or manufacturing of fossil fuel-based energy and does not commit or pledge to meet environmental standards beyond applicable federal and state law, or (b) does business with a company described by paragraph (a).” (See Tex. Gov. Code 809.001). When applicable, does Vendor certify? Yes, Vendor certifies business entity that enters into a contract with a school district must give advance notice to the district if the person or an owner or operator of the business entity has been convicted of a felony. The notice must include a general description of the conduct resulting in the conviction of a felony.” Subsection (b) states, "a school district may terminate a contract with a person or business entity if the district determines that the person or business entity failed to give notice as required by Subsection (a) or misrepresented the conduct resulting in the conviction. The district must compensate the person or business entity for services performed before the termination of the contract.” Subsection (c) states, "This section does not apply to a publicly held corporation. AT&T MICHIGAN means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Michigan.
boycott energy companies means, without an ordinary business purpose, refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with a company because the company:
Bancorp means Eagle Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation.
Service corporation means a corporation organized under ss. 180.1903 to 180.1921.
Railway means the President of the Republic of India or the Administrative Officers of the Railway or Successor Railway authorized to deal with any matters, which these presents are concerned on his behalf.
AT&T ARKANSAS means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Arkansas.
AT&T CALIFORNIA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in California.
Energy means electricity, natural gas, steam, hot or chilled water, fuel oil, or other product for use in a building, or renewable on-site electricity generation, for purposes of providing heating, cooling, lighting, water heating, or for powering or fueling other end-uses in the building and related facilities, as reflected in Utility bills or other documentation of actual Energy use.
AT&T KENTUCKY means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Kentucky.
AT&T WISCONSIN means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Wisconsin.
AT&T CONNECTICUT means the AT&T-owned ILEC doing business in Connecticut.
AT&T TEXAS means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Texas.
Basin means a groundwater basin or subbasin identified and defined in Bulletin 118 or as modified pursuant to Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 10722).
