SPAA Ltd and DCUSA Ltd shall be entitled to check on a random basis, subject to a process and frequency agreed with the TRAS Service Provider, that all back-ups are completed and that a backup log is being maintained.

Each Supplier, in respect of its Supplier Data, hereby grants to the TRAS Service Provider a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that Supplier Data for the sole purpose of providing services pursuant to the Theft Risk Assessment Service Arrangements.
