In addition to this net assignable square footage, units proportionally share in the cost of operating and maintaining spaces held in the Common Space Factor.
Said rent per square foot per annum shall be multiplied by the rentable square foot area of the Expansion Space, with respect to the Expansion Space and the Space Factor with respect to the renewal term, and the product thereof shall be the fair market rent.
