Space Subtenant definition

Space Subtenant means, as to any Site, any Person (including BMI in respect of any Available Space), which: (i) is a "sublessee" under an Existing Sublease affecting such Site; or (ii) subleases, licenses or otherwise acquires from TowerCo the right to use an Available Space on such Site.
Space Subtenant means, as to any Site, any Person (including SBC and any SBC Affiliate in respect of any Available Space), which: (i) is a "sublessee" under an Existing Sublease affecting such Site; or (ii) subleases, licenses or otherwise acquires from TowerCo the right to use Available Space on such Site.
Space Subtenant means, as to any Site, any Person (including BSPCI in respect of any Available Space), which: (i) is a "sublessee" under an Existing Sublease affecting such Site; or (ii) subleases, licenses or otherwise acquires from TowerCo the right to use an Available Space on such Site.

Examples of Space Subtenant in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if before Sublandlord’s delivery to Subtenant of the Offer Notice, Sublandlord has received an offer to lease all or part of the Offer Space from a third party (a “Third Party Offer”) and such Third Party Offer includes space in excess of the Offer Space, Subtenant must exercise its rights hereunder, if at all, as to all of the space contained in the Third Party Offer.

  • Within the second floor space of the Deleted Space, Subtenant shall be permitted to place its wiring and cabling within those electrical closets, wiring closets and cabling rooms depicted on Exhibit B hereto in locations and quantities as reasonably determined by Sublandlord.

  • If Subtenant elects to sublease the ROFR Space by timely delivering the Acceptance Notice, provided Prime Landlord has provided its written consent to Subtenant’s sublease of the ROFR Space, Subtenant shall be deemed to agree to expand the Subleased Premises to include the ROFR Space and to lease the ROFR Space on the ROFR Terms, and this Sublease shall be amended to reflect the terms of the ROFR Notice for the rental of the ROFR Space.

  • In the event of the total or partial destruction of the Sublease Space, Subtenant shall have the same right to terminate this Sublease as the tenant has under Section 15 of the Primary Lease to terminate the Primary Lease.

Related to Space Subtenant

  • Subtenant means any Person entitled to occupy, use, or possess any Premises under a Sublease.

  • Sublessee means any party to whom Lessee grants the right to possess all or any portion of the Premises according to a Sublease.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Sublandlord means the holder of sublandlord’s interest under this Sublease. In the event of any assignment or transfer of the Sublandlord’s interest under this Sublease, which assignment or transfer may occur at any time during the Term in Sublandlord’s sole discretion, Sublandlord shall be and hereby is entirely relieved of all covenants and obligations of Sublandlord hereunder accruing subsequent to the date of the transfer and it shall be deemed and construed, without further agreement between the parties hereto, that any transferee has assumed and shall carry out all covenants and obligations thereafter to be performed by Sublandlord hereunder. Sublandlord may transfer and deliver the then existing Letter of Credit to the transferee of Sublandlord’s interest under this Sublease, and thereupon Sublandlord shall be discharged from any further liability with respect thereto. In addition. Sublandlord shall comply with all of its obligations as “Tenant” under the Master Lease except to the extent that any such obligation is the obligation of Subtenant pursuant to the terms of this Sublease. Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Sublease, the liability of Subtenant to Sublandlord for any default in Subtenant’s obligations under this Sublease shall be limited to actual, direct damages, and under no circumstances shall Sublandlord, its partners, members, shareholders, directors, agents, officers, employees, contractors, sublessees, successors and/or assigns be entitled to recover from Subtenant (or otherwise be indemnified by Subtenant) for lost revenues, lost profit or other consequential, special or punitive damages arising in connection with this Sublease for any reason, except for any breach by Subtenant under Section 12 of the Master Lease. Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Sublease, no personal liability shall at any time be asserted or enforceable against Subtenant’s shareholders, directors, officers, or partners on account of any of Subtenant’s obligations or actions under this Sublease.

  • Tenant Work All work installed or furnished to the Premises by Tenant in connection with Tenant’s initial occupancy pursuant to Rider 2 and the Workletter.
