SPAR Inspection definition

SPAR Inspection means a property inspection as reasonably conducted by Lessee using the Supertel Property Audit Report form attached as Exhibit A-2.

  • Lead inspection means a surface-by-surface investigation to determine the presence of lead-based

  • Certificate of inspection means an unsworn statement,

  • Home inspection means the on-site, physical review of the home of an applicant to assure the applicant and the home meets all health and safety requirements within these rules.

  • Final Inspection means the process and procedure described in UGC Section 12.

  • Initial inspection means the first on-site inspection of facilities to verify declarations submitted pursuant to Articles III, IV, V and VI and this Annex.

  • The Inspecting Officer means the person specified in the contract for the purpose of Inspection of stores or work under the contract and includes his authorised representative;

  • Inspections has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.2.

  • Initial Environmental Examination or “IEE” means an initial environmental examination for a Subproject, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower pursuant to the requirements set forth in the EARF and cleared by ADB;

  • Site Assessment means a Site Assessment as defined in Paragraph 10(c).

  • Onsite means within the Prescribed Premises boundary.

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Busy Line Verification (BLV) means a service whereby an End User requests an operator to confirm the busy status of a line.

  • Invasive plant species means species of plants not historically found in California that spread outside cultivated areas and can damage environmental or economic resources. Invasive species may be regulated by county agricultural agencies as noxious species. Lists of invasive plants are maintained at the California Invasive Plant Inventory and USDA invasive and noxious weeds database.

  • Due Diligence Examination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Phase I Environmental Assessment A “Phase I assessment” as described in, and meeting the criteria of, the ASTM, plus a radon and asbestos inspection.

  • Independent Inspector means a licensed Person who performs sampling, quality analysis and quantity determination of the Product received or delivered.

  • Environmental Review means the Federal

  • The Inspector means any person or agency nominated by or on behalf of the Purchaser to inspect Stores under the Contract.

  • Phase I Environmental Report means a report by an Independent Person who regularly conducts environmental site assessments in accordance with then current standards imposed by institutional commercial mortgage lenders and who has a reasonable amount of experience conducting such assessments.

  • Phase I assessment as described in, and meeting the criteria of, (i) Chapter 5 of the FNMA Multifamily Guide or any successor provisions covering the same subject matter in the case of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is multifamily property or (ii) the American Society for Testing and Materials in the case of Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is not multifamily property.

  • Invasive species means an alien species whose introduction does or is likely to cause economic or environmental harm or harm to human health.

  • Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day after the Effective Date.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Maintenance Test means the maintenance test set out in Clause 12.1 (Maintenance Test).

  • Geotechnical engineer means a Professional Engineer whose principal field of specialization is the design and Construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment.

  • Needs assessment means a study or statistical analysis that examines the need for ground ambulance service within a service area or proposed service area that takes into account the current or proposed service area’s medical, fire, and police services.
