Special Availability Reserve definition

Special Availability Reserve shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7 hereof.
Special Availability Reserve means, at any time, $1,500,000.
Special Availability Reserve means the amount equal to $5,000,000.

Special Availability Reserve means, as of March 1, 2004, a reserve established by Agent in the amount of $5,750,000.
