Special Districts PILOTs definition

Special Districts PILOTs means the PILOTs for the Arlington Fire District, Poughkeepsie Library District, Townwide Drainage Improvement, Townwide Water Improvement, and Consolidated Light.
Special Districts PILOTs means the PILOTs for the East Fishkill Fire District, and the East Fishkill Public Library District.
Special Districts PILOTs means the PILOTs for any fire district, library district, consolidation light district, sewer district, drainage improvement district, business improvement district, water improvement district, or any other special districts or improvements, in the full amount and not entitled to any reduction, abatement or exemption by virtue of the Agency’s leasehold ownership in the Property.
