Special Mandatory Redemption Notice definition

Special Mandatory Redemption Notice has the meaning specified in Section 3.04.

Special Mandatory Redemption Notice means a notice to registered holders of the Special Mandatory Redemption Notes that such Notes shall be redeemed and specifying the Special Mandatory Redemption Date and such other information as required, to the extent applicable, by the Base Indenture.

• At the Company’s written request, the Trustee shall give the Special Mandatory Redemption Notice in the Company’s name and at the Company’s expense.

• On the redemption date specified in the Special Mandatory Redemption Notice, which shall be no more than 10 Business Days (or such other minimum period as may be required by the Depositary) after mailing or sending the Special Mandatory Redemption Notice, the special mandatory redemption shall occur (the date of such redemption, the “Special Mandatory Redemption Date”).
