Special Master definition

Special Master means an expert appointed by a judge to make sure that judicial orders are followed. A master's function is essentially investigative, compiling evidence or documents to inform some future action by the court.
Special Master has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.01.
Special Master means the person appointed by the court to administrate the water system.

Special Master means a person appointed by the Supreme Court to preside over hearings.
