Special Needs Individuals definition

Special Needs Individuals means: (i) individuals who receive or have received public assistance through the [Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program], within the past 24 months; (ii) individuals who are homeless; (iii) ex-offenders, (iv) chronically unemployed, and (v) dislocated airport workers.
Special Needs Individuals means those individuals who have or are at increased risk for a chronic physical, developmental, behavioral, or emotional condition and who also require health and related services of a type or amount beyond that required by individuals generally.
