Transition bonds means bonds, notes, certificates of
Financial Obligation means a (i) debt obligation; (ii) derivative instrument entered into in connection with, or pledged as security or a source of payment for, an existing or planned debt obligation; or (iii) guarantee of (i) or (ii). The term Financial Obligation shall not include municipal securities as to which a final official statement has been provided to the MSRB consistent with the Rule.
Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.
Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.
Principal Obligations means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Loans as of such date plus (b) the aggregate Letter of Credit Liability as of such date.
Term Bonds means those Bonds designated as such and maturing on the date or dates set forth in the Certificate of Award, bearing interest payable on each Interest Payment Date and subject to mandatory sinking fund redemption.
Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.
Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.
Special Obligor has the meaning set forth in the definition of Concentration Percentage.
Junior Subordinated Debentures means the aggregate principal amount of the Depositor's ____% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures, due ________ __, 2027, issued pursuant to the Indenture.
Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

Subordinated Debentures means the debentures exchangeable by the Company for the Preferred Stock in accordance with the Certificate of Designations therefor.
Senior Subordinated Notes means the Company's 10 1/2% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2009 issued pursuant to the Senior Subordinated Notes Indenture.
Senior Secured Notes means the $1,875 million aggregate principal amount of 7.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2023 of the Borrower including, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time, including any senior secured exchange notes issued in lieu thereof.
Junior Subordinated Notes means the $__________ aggregate principal amount of the Depositor's Series __ ____% Junior Subordinated Notes due ____ __, ____, issued pursuant to the Subordinated Indenture.
Liquidity Obligations means all principal, interest, fees and other amounts owing to the Liquidity Providers under the Liquidity Facilities, Section 8.1 of the Participation Agreements or the Fee Letters.
Defeased Note shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.1(a)(v) hereof.
Tranche A Notes is defined in Section 1.
2029 Notes has the meaning specified in the recitals of this Supplemental Indenture.
Existing Bonds means the following obligations of Seller:
General obligation bonds means, collectively, the Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds and the Unlimited Tax General Obligation Bonds.
2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.
Subordinated Notes means the Initial Notes and the Exchange Notes and, more particularly, any Subordinated Note authenticated and delivered under this Indenture, including those Subordinated Notes issued or authenticated upon transfer, replacement or exchange.
2014 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$399,517,000 of 10.25% Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2014 issued pursuant to the 2014 Note Indenture.
Maturity Redemption Payment means an amount per Deposit to which you are entitled on the Maturity Date based on the performance of the Reference Portfolio which is equal to your Principal Amount x (1 + Variable Return).
