Special Project Agreement definition

Special Project Agreement means an agreement entered into between certain Members and/or SS-MOA Participants that desire to collectively carry out a special project that is not carried out by all of the Activity Participants.
Special Project Agreement means an agreement entered into between the Authority and certain Activity Agreement Members that desire to collectively carry out a special project or execute a Service Agreement that is either not carried out or executed by all of the Activity Agreement Members or that provides different benefits to the affected Activity Agreement Members. A Special Project Agreement shall be required for each and every Service Agreement executed by the Authority on behalf of an Activity Agreement Member or Activity Agreement Members.
Special Project Agreement means an agreement to join into an activity, for example, a study, joint employment of a consultant, a project to improve facilities, or any other type of activity, that is implemented to address water quality issues or regional drainage management pursuant to this Activity Agreement and that involves fewer than all the Activity Agreement Members.
