Special Tar Sand Area means an area designated by the Department of the Interior’s Orders of November 20, 1980 (45 FR 76800), and January 21, 1981 (46 FR 6077), and referred to in those or- ders as Designated Tar Sand Areas, as
Special Tar Sand Area means an area designated by the Department of the Interior’s Orders of November 20, 1980 (45 FR 76800), and January 21, 1981 (46 FR 6077), and referred to in those or- ders as Designated Tar Sand Areas, as Bureau of Land Management, Interior § 3141.1 containing substantial deposits of tar and sand.
Special Tar Sand Area means an area designated by the Department of the Interior’s orders of November 20, 1980 (45 FR 76800), and January 21, 1981 (46 FR 6077) referred to in those orders as Designated Tar Sand Areas, as con- taining substantial deposits of tar sand.

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.
