Special use tyre means a tyre intended for mixed use both on- and off-road or for other special duty. These tyres are primarily designed to initiate and maintain the vehicle in motion in off-road conditions."
Residential Uses means lands, Buildings or structures or portions thereof used, or designed or intended for use as a home or residence of one or more individuals, and shall include Single Detached Dwelling, Semi-Detached Dwelling, Multiple Dwelling, Apartment Dwelling, and the residential portion of a mixed-use Building or structure;
controlled airspace means an airspace of defined dimensions within which air traffic control service is provided in accordance with the airspace classification;
Residential use means the use of a building or structure or portion thereof for one or more dwelling units. This also includes a dwelling unit on land that is used for an agricultural use;

Industrial User means a nondomestic discharger, as identified in 40 CFR Part 403, introducing pollutants to a POTW.
Unmanned aircraft means any aircraft operating or designed to operate autonomously or to be piloted remotely without a pilot on board;
Industrial use means the use of natural gas, electricity, heat, coal, fuel oil, or

Special use permit means a permit issued in accordance with Chapter 10, Special Use Permit Act.
Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.
Owned Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.
Alcohol use means the consumption of any beverage, mixture, or preparation, including any medication, containing alcohol.
Parking space leasing data means the following government data on an application for, or lease of, a parking space: residence address, home telephone number, beginning and ending work hours, place of employment, location of parking space, and work telephone number.
Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;
Airframe means the Aircraft excluding the Propulsion Systems.
Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).
Unmanned aircraft system means an unmanned aircraft and associated elements, including communication links and components that control the unmanned aircraft that are required for the pilot in command to operate safely and efficiently in the national airspace system.
