Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;
Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.
Bond Service Charges means principal, including mandatory sinking fund requirements for retirement of obligations, and interest, and redemption premium, if any, required to be paid by the authority on obligations.
Penalty Charges means any amounts collected from the Borrower that represent default charges, penalty charges, late fees and/or default interest, but excluding any yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium.
Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.
Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.
Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.
Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.
Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;
SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located.
Water utility means a public utility as defined in
Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:
Excess Penalty Charges With respect to any Serviced Loan and any Collection Period, the sum of (A) the excess of (i) any and all Penalty Charges collected in respect of such Serviced Loan during such Collection Period, over (ii) all unpaid or unreimbursed Advances and Additional Trust Fund Expenses (including, without limitation, interest on Advances to the extent not otherwise paid or reimbursed by the related Mortgagor, but excluding Special Servicing Fees, Workout Fees and Liquidation Fees) outstanding or previously incurred on behalf of the Trust (and, if applicable, the related Serviced Companion Loan Holder) with respect to such Serviced Loan and reimbursed from such Penalty Charges (which such Advances and Additional Trust Fund Expenses shall be reimbursed from such Penalty Charges) in accordance with Section 3.14 of this Agreement and (B) Advances and expenses previously paid or reimbursed from Penalty Charges as described in the immediately preceding clause (A), which Advances and expenses have been recovered from the related Mortgagor or otherwise.
Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.
Governmental Charges has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.
Utility Costs means utility and home energy costs related to the occupancy of rental property (e.g. electricity, gas, water and sewer, trash removal, and energy costs (such as fuel oil)) that are separately-stated charges. Utility Costs do not include telecommunication services (e.g. telephone, cable, and internet services).
Penalty Charge means a penalty charge which is payable by virtue of paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 to this Act;
User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.
Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.
Bank Charges means the charges levied by the Merchant Acquiring Bank for Transactions and Refunds. “Bank System” means the banking system operated by any approved bank, financial institution or other body.
Special Primary Insurance Premium With respect to any Special Primary Insurance Policy, the monthly premium payable thereunder. Statutory Trust Statute: Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del.C. §3801 et seq., as the same may be amended from time to time.
Special Reimbursement Date means, the special payment date established in connection with a Reimbursement under Special Circumstances as described hereunder “Extraordinary Events and Special Circumstances – Reimbursement Under Special Circumstances and Payment”.
Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Distribution Utility means the local electric distribution owner and operator providing electric distribution and interconnection services to Purchaser at the Premises;
Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges paid or required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) principal payments made or required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations but including, without limitation, Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
