Specialized Equipment Export Master Note definition

Specialized Equipment Export Master Note shall have the meanings given to them in the Prior Canadian Letter Agreement.
Specialized Equipment Export Master Note means the amended and restated specialized equipment export master revolving note, in the original principal amount of US$2,000,000 (or the Equivalent Amount in Canadian Dollars), executed and delivered by Company to Bank, dated January 31, 2013, as same may be extended, amended, modified, and/or restated from time to time.
Specialized Equipment Export Master Note means the second amended and restated specialized equipment export master revolving note, in the original principal amount of US$3,000,000 (or the Equivalent Amount in Canadian Dollars), executed and delivered by Company to Bank, dated as of November 13, 2013, as same may be extended, amended, modified, and/or restated from time to time.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.
