Specific Merchants means any shop or any outlet or any market registered with VISA under categories like Supermarkets, Government Services (e.g. Fines, Taxes, Bonds), Utilities, Education, Service/Petrol Stations, Real Estate Agents, Public Transport (e.g. Taxis, Metro, Buses), Road Tolls/Salik, Charities/Religious Organizations and as defined in Schedule 1.
