CAB Districts definition

CAB Districts means, collectively, District No. 1, District No. 2, District No. 3, District No. 6, ATEC No. 1, ATEC No. 2 and the Coordinating District.

  • The date of completion of all of the Public Improvements authorized to be constructed under the Service Plans and the development that constitutes the Service Area is completed will be set forth in a Resolution adopted by AACMD and delivered to each of the CAB Districts (the “Resolution Providing Notice of Completion”).
