Examples of Specification and Schedule of Finishes in a sentence

  • In the event of the Owner not accepting in writing and making payment of the amount on receipt of the Builder’s invoice, then the Works shall be completed in accordance with the Unit Floor Plan and Specification and Schedule of Finishes and the Owner shall be obliged to take occupation thereof in terms of the provisions of this Agreement.

  • The section shall be erected substantially in accordance with the Site Plan, Cross Section and Floor Plan annexed hereto marked “B”, “C” and “D” respectively and the Sellers building plans and finished by the Seller in accordance with the Specification and Schedule of Finishes annexed hereto marked "E".

Related to Specification and Schedule of Finishes

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Day-Ahead Schedule has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals.

  • Exhibits means the several exhibits referred to and identified in this Agreement.

  • the Second Supplementary Agreement means the Second Supplementary Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 3;

  • Annexures means any of the annexures, appendices, supplements or documents annexed to this Agreement and as amended from time to time;

  • Appendices has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.

  • Priced Schedule of Quantities means the schedule of quantities duly priced with the accepted quoted rates of the contractor.

  • the first supplementary agreement means the agreement of which a copy is set out in the Second Schedule;

  • Technical Agreement means any technical or quality agreements signed by You (or Your Affiliate) and RB (or RB’s Affiliates) specifying technical and quality responsibilities in respect of the Output entered into prior to the date of the Order.

  • Form of Agreement means the form of agreement contained in Part D of the RFP;

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s), as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer- in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/ handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Schedule of Documents means the schedule, including all appendices, exhibits or schedules thereto, listing certain documents and information to be delivered in connection with the Sale Agreement, the Funding Agreement and the other Related Documents and the transactions contemplated thereunder, substantially in the form attached as Annex Y to the Funding Agreement and the Sale Agreement.
