Specified Current Assets definition

Specified Current Assets shall have the meaning specified in Exhibit B.
Specified Current Assets means, without duplication, (i) all accounts receivable to the extent related to the Transferred Business (including (x) all receivables in respect of Hydrocarbons sold on behalf of any Drilling Partnership, (y) all receivables due from any Drilling Partnership and (z) all receivables in respect of Hydrocarbons sold with respect to the Transferred Direct Oil and Gas Interests) and (ii) all prepaid expenses to the extent related to the Transferred Business (it being understood that Specified Current Assets shall not include any Cash or any amounts attributable to Hxxxxx).

More Definitions of Specified Current Assets

Specified Current Assets means Accounts Receivable, cash, deposits and prepaid expenses.
Specified Current Assets means the Company’s and the Subsidiaries’ (a) accounts receivable, net; (b) unbilled revenue; (c) Tax receivables; and (d) other current assets, in each case, determined in accordance with the Agreed Principles; provided, that the Specified Current Assets shall not include (i) Cash; (ii) prepaid management fees; (iii) deferred financing fees; or (iv) deferred Tax assets.
Specified Current Assets has the meaning set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto.
Specified Current Assets means the current assets of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries of the types set forth in Exhibit F as of the Effective Time, which Exhibit includes the Specified Current Assets as of June 6, 2021 for illustrative purposes only.
Specified Current Assets means the assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries identified on Exhibit B as Specified Current Assets.
Specified Current Assets means the sum of “trade accounts receivables - net” plus “other current assets” of CNAC and its Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date, in each case, without duplication, determined in accordance with GAAP consistently applied in accordance with past practices, where each of “trade accounts receivables - net” and “other current assets” definitionally corresponds to such line items on the consolidating statement of financial position of CNAC as of September 30, 2015 provided by Parent to Purchaser prior to November 18, 2015.
Specified Current Assets has the meaning set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto; provided, that in no event shall Specified Current Assets include Cash on Hand.
