Specified End Use Plant means 1 (one) or more power generating units (but does not mean and include a captive power plant as defined under Rule 3 of the Electricity Rules, 2005) situated in a single location within the same boundary located in India and owned by the Bidder.

Specified End Use Plant means shall mean one or more [insert relevant sub- sector specific] units (in a single location within the same boundary) located in India and owned by the Purchaser.

More Definitions of Specified End Use Plant

Specified End Use Plant means one or more DRI units (in a single location within the same boundary) located in India and owned by the Bidder, the particulars of which are submitted in accordance with the provisions of Annexure V, but shall exclude CPPs and any other steel making unit, rolling mills, pelletisation plants etc.

Specified End Use Plant means one or more Kilns i.e. Clinker manufacturing units (in a single location within the same boundary) located in India and owned by the Bidder, the particulars of which are submitted in accordance with the provisions of Annexure IV, but shall exclude CPPs.

Specified End Use Plant means one or more CPP units (in a single location within the same boundary) located in India and owned by the Bidder, the particulars of which are submitted in accordance with the provisions of Annexure IV.

Specified End Use Plant means one or more Blast Furnace Unit(s) (with or without coke oven plant) used for the production of steel (in a single location within the same boundary and/or in geographically different location , owned by same owner/holding company) and/ or any other end use plant for consumption of middlings, generated pursuant to beneficiation, located in India owned by the Bidder under same PAN. The existing or new bidder (Owner/holding Company) may also register its wholly owned End Use Plants/Units, located in same location and/or geographically different location under single registration. The particulars of all EUP(s) and details of blast furnaces/coke oven plant, as the case may be, linked to each EUP are required to be submitted by the bidder in accordance with the provision of Annexure V”.

Specified End Use Plant shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Scheme Document, in respect of which the Purchaser has been issued the LOI.
