Specified End Use Plant definition

Specified End Use Plant means shall mean one or more [insert relevant sub- sector specific] units (in a single location within the same boundary) located in India and owned by the Purchaser.

Specified End Use Plant means one or more DRI units (in a single location within the same boundary) located in India and owned by the Bidder, the particulars of which are submitted in accordance with the provisions of Annexure IV, but shall exclude CPPs, any other steel making unit, rolling mills, pelletisation plants etc. and Co-generation units.

Specified End Use Plant means 1 (one) or more power generating units (but does not mean and include a captive power plant as defined under Rule 3 of the Electricity Rules, 2005) situated in a single location within the same boundary located in India and owned by the Bidder.

• It is clarified that each Successful Bidder shall be entitled to receive only the Allocated Quantity and that the Allocated Quantity shall be used by the Successful Bidder only for consumption by the Specified End Use Plant.

• Self-attested copy of valid Factory License with respect to the Specified End Use Plant or copy of application filed for renewal of the same, in case the Factory License has recently expired.

• In the event of a default, the banks or financial institutions, as the case may be, shall be entitled to enforce their security interest in the manner provided by Applicable Law and the Agreement, provided that any transferee of the Specified End Use Plant along with the rights in relation to the Allocated Quantity meets all the Eligibility Conditions.

• Self-attested copy of Consent to Operate with respect to the Specified End Use Plant issued under the relevant pollution control laws or copy of application filed for renewal of the same, in case the Consent to Operate has recently expired.

• Any change in Control of the Successful Bidder and/ or any transfer of the Specified End Use Plant along with the rights in relation to the Allocated Quantity which is not in conformity with this Scheme Document or Applicable Laws shall be deemed to be void ab-initio.

More Definitions of Specified End Use Plant

Specified End Use Plant means one or more Kilns i.e. Clinker manufacturing units (in a single location within the same boundary) located in India and owned by the Bidder, the particulars of which are submitted in accordance with the provisions of Annexure IV, but shall exclude CPPs.

Specified End Use Plant means one or more CPP units (in a single location within the same boundary) located in India and owned by the Bidder, the particulars of which are submitted in accordance with the provisions of Annexure IV.

Specified End Use Plant means one or more industrial units belonging to the Others sub- sector operating in the non-regulated sector and belonging to the same industry (in a single location within the same boundary) located in India and owned by the Bidder, the particulars of which are submitted in accordance with the provisions of Annexure V.

Specified End Use Plant means one or more blast furnace units (with or without a coke oven plant) used for the production of steel (in a single location within the same boundary) located in India and owned by the Purchaser. The Specified End Use Plant shall also include the wholly owned End Use Plants/Units of the bidder, located in same location and/or geographically different location in India, as per registration made by the bidder.(Delete the para if not applicable) The particulars of all EUP(s) and/or details of blast furnaces/coke oven plant, as the case may be, linked to each EUP are required to be declared by the bidder as detailed in Annexure IV;

Specified End Use Plant means 1 (one) or more power generating units (including a captive generating plant in terms Rule 3 of the Electricity Rules, 2005 provided that such captive generating plant will be considered a Specified End Use Plant for this Scheme Document only to the extent of its capacity delivered under a Concluded PPA ) situated in a single location within the same boundary located in India and owned by the Bidder.

Specified End Use Plant means one or more blast furnace units (with or without a coke oven plant) which is commissioned and is used to produce steel (in a single location within the same boundary and/or geographically different location) located in India and owned by the Bidder and may include a CPP or a cogeneration unit or any other unit of the Bidder for usage in its Specified End Use Plant which is commissioned or to be commissioned

Specified End Use Plant shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Scheme Document, in respect of which the Purchaser has been issued the LOI.
