Specified Foreign Currency Participation Settlement Period definition

Specified Foreign Currency Participation Settlement Period shall have the meaning provided in Section 16.02(i).
Specified Foreign Currency Participation Settlement Period has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 12.02(i).
Specified Foreign Currency Participation Settlement Period is greater than the principal amount of Specified Foreign Currency Loans repaid during such Specified Foreign Currency Participation Settlement Period to the Fronting Lender, each Participating Specified Foreign Currency Lender under a Tranche shall pay to the Fronting Lender (through the Administrative Agent), no later than 11:00 a.m. (New York time) on such Specified Foreign Currency Participation Settlement Date, an amount equal to such Participating Specified Foreign Currency Lender’s ratable share of the amount of such excess under such Tranche. If in any Specified Foreign Currency Participation Settlement Period the outstanding principal amount of the Specified Foreign Currency Loans repaid to the Fronting Lender in such period exceeds the total principal amount of the Specified Foreign Currency Loans made or deemed made by the Fronting Lender during such period, the Fronting Lender shall pay to each Participating Specified Foreign Currency Lender under a Tranche (through the Administrative Agent) on such Specified Foreign Currency Participation Settlement Date an amount equal to such Participating Specified Foreign Currency Lender’s ratable share of such excess under such Tranche. Specified Foreign Currency Participation Settlements in respect of Specified Foreign Currency Loans shall be made in the respective Available Currency in which such Specified Foreign Currency Loan was funded on the Specified Foreign Currency Participation Settlement Date for such Specified Foreign Currency Loans.

Related to Specified Foreign Currency Participation Settlement Period

  • Alternate Currency means (i) with respect to any Letter of Credit, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pound Sterling, New Zealand Dollars and Australian Dollars and any other currency other than Dollars as may be acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank with respect thereto in their sole discretion and (ii) with respect to any Loan, any currency other than Dollars that is approved in accordance with Section 1.05.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Daily Rate.” All Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • Foreign Currency LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the Dollar Amount of the aggregate undrawn and unexpired amount of all outstanding Foreign Currency Letters of Credit at such time plus (b) the aggregate principal Dollar Amount of all LC Disbursements in respect of Foreign Currency Letters of Credit that have not yet been reimbursed at such time.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate means, for any day, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Balance Currency means the currency that the trading account is denominated in and all charges including spreads, commissions and swaps, are calculated in that currency.

  • Alternative Currency means each of Euro, Sterling, Yen and each other currency (other than Dollars) that is approved in accordance with Section 1.06.

  • Foreign Currency Loan means any Loan denominated in a Foreign Currency.

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Term Rate.” All Alternative Currency Term Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • Overnight Foreign Currency Rate means, for any amount payable in a Foreign Currency, the rate of interest per annum as determined by the Administrative Agent at which overnight or weekend deposits in the relevant currency (or if such amount due remains unpaid for more than three (3) Business Days, then for such other period of time as the Administrative Agent may elect) for delivery in immediately available and freely transferable funds would be offered by the Administrative Agent to major banks in the interbank market upon request of such major banks for the relevant currency as determined above and in an amount comparable to the unpaid principal amount of the related Credit Event, plus any taxes, levies, imposts, duties, deductions, charges or withholdings imposed upon, or charged to, the Administrative Agent by any relevant correspondent bank in respect of such amount in such relevant currency.

  • Alternate Currency Loan means any Loan denominated in an Alternate Currency.

  • Swingline Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7(c).

  • Alternative Currency Loan means an Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan or an Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan, as applicable.

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate means, for any Interest Period, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Base Rate Revolving Loan means a Revolving Loan that is a Base Rate Loan.

  • Designated Foreign Currency means Euros, Canadian Dollars, British pounds, Australian dollars or any other currency (other than Dollars) approved in writing by the Lenders and that is freely traded and exchangeable into Dollars.

  • Party A Currency Amount In respect of each Party A Calculation Period, an amount in Dollars equal to the principal amount outstanding of the Relevant Notes on the first day of such Calculation Period (after taking into account any redemption on such day).

  • Specified Dollar Amount means the maximum cash amount per $1,000 principal amount of Notes to be received upon conversion as specified in the Settlement Notice (or deemed specified as provided in Section 14.02(a)(iii)) related to any converted Notes.

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Reference Currency means the currency specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Applicable Multicurrency Percentage means, with respect to any Multicurrency Lender, the percentage of the total Multicurrency Commitments represented by such Multicurrency Lender’s Multicurrency Commitment. If the Multicurrency Commitments have terminated or expired, the Applicable Multicurrency Percentages shall be determined based upon the Multicurrency Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments.

  • Canadian Revolving Loan means Loans made by a Lender in respect of its Canadian Revolving Commitment to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02(c) and/or Section 2.24.

  • Swing Line Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7.

  • Foreign Currency means any currency other than the currency of Kenya;

  • Optional Currency means a currency (other than the Base Currency) which complies with the conditions set out in Clause 4.3 (Conditions relating to Optional Currencies).

  • Dollar Equivalent of the Foreign Currency has the meaning specified in Section 312(f).

  • Designated LIBOR Currency means the currency specified on the face hereof as to which LIBOR shall be calculated or, if no such currency is specified on the face hereof, United States dollars.
