Specified Settlement Date definition

Specified Settlement Date means the 3rd Business Day after each Specified Settlement Reporting Date.
Specified Settlement Date means, with respect to any Purchased Asset, the date that is five days immediately following the date of delivery by the Purchaser or its Affiliate of a Repurchase Notice with respect to such Purchased Asset.

Related to Specified Settlement Date

  • Cash Settlement Date means, for each Financially Settled Futures Transaction, the Business Day determined by Exchange from time to time in accordance with industry practice for such Transaction, as posted on Exchange’s Website not less than one month prior to the occurrence of such date, other than Invoices issued as a result of a Contracting Party’s Default or under the Close- out Procedure which amounts require payment immediately;

  • Final Settlement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).

  • Scheduled Settlement Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.
