Specified Tenant Extension Deadline definition

Specified Tenant Extension Deadline means, with respect to each Specified Tenant Lease, the earlier to occur of (x) the date occurring twelve (12) months prior to the expiration of the then applicable term of such Specified Tenant Lease or (y) the renewal notice period provided to the applicable Specified Tenant under such Specified Tenant Lease.
Specified Tenant Extension Deadline means the earlier to occur of (i) the date occurring nine (9) months prior to the expiration of the then applicable term of the applicable Specified Tenant Lease and (ii) the renewal notice date on which such Specified Tenant is required to give notice under its Lease.

Related to Specified Tenant Extension Deadline

  • Extension Deadline means, with respect to a letter of credit, the Cutoff Time on the Business Day preceding the day on which the letter of credit expires.

  • Grace Period Extension Date means, if:

  • Non-Extension Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).

  • First Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the Initial Maturity Date.

  • Second Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the First Extended Maturity Date.

  • Minimum Extension Condition has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23(b).

  • Extension Minimum Condition means a condition to consummating any Extension that a minimum amount (to be determined and specified in the relevant Extension Request, in the Borrower’s sole discretion) of any or all applicable Classes be submitted for Extension.

  • Extension Determination Date means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the date falling two Business Days after the expiry of seven days from (and including) the Final Maturity Date of such Covered Bonds.

  • First Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.1 hereof.

  • Extension Conditions Defined in Section 3.06(a).

  • Non-Extension Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(d).

  • Cure Deadline shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.11(a).

  • Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).

  • Termination Conditions means, collectively, (a) the payment in full in cash of the Obligations (other than (i) contingent indemnification obligations not then due and (ii) Obligations under Secured Hedge Agreements and Secured Cash Management Agreements) and (b) the termination of the Commitments and the termination or expiration of all Letters of Credit under this Agreement (unless the Outstanding Amount of the L/C Obligations related thereto has been Cash Collateralized on terms reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank, backstopped by a letter of credit reasonably satisfactory to the applicable Issuing Bank or deemed reissued under another agreement reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank).

  • Offer Commencement Date means the date on which Purchaser commences the Offer, within the meaning of Rule 14d-2 under the Exchange Act.

  • Non-Renewal Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

  • Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Loan, the first Business Day of the calendar month following the Funding Date of such Loan.
