Spectra Energy Services means the limited enumerated services described on Schedule X-0, Xxxxxxxx X-0, Schedule B-3 of the Schedules to Transition Services Agreement document attached hereto and each next consecutive Schedule B through and including Schedule B-14 included therein.

  • The Duke Energy Services may be directly provided by Duke Energy or may be provided through any of its Affiliates or subcontractors, and the Spectra Energy Services may be directly provided by Spectra Energy or may be provided through any of its Affiliates or subcontractors.
