Spending Agency definition

Spending Agency means any Government entity receiving an appropriation under this Act;
Spending Agency means any office, unit, department, board, commission, or institution of Larimer County which is responsible for any particular expenditure(s) or revenue(s).
Spending Agency means any Government Ministry, Commission, Public Corporation, Institution or Public Enterprise which receives a budget allocation in the Appropriation Act;‌

  • Funding Agency means an organization or individual which provides facilities to receive and accumulate assets to be used either for the payment of benefits under a pension plan, or for the purchase of such benefits, provided such accumulated assets form a part of a pension plan established for the exclusive benefit of the plan participants and their beneficiaries.
