Spending Agency definition

Spending Agency means any Government entity receiving an appropriation under this Act;
Spending Agency means any office, unit, department, board, commission, or institution of Larimer County which is responsible for any particular expenditure(s) or revenue(s).
Spending Agency means any Government Ministry, Commission, Public Corporation, Institution or Public Enterprise which receives a budget allocation in the Appropriation Act;
