SpinCo Licensors definition

SpinCo Licensors means those entities set forth on Schedule I as Spinco Licensors.
SpinCo Licensors means OpCo and the other members of the SpinCo Group other than RXO, Inc. in their capacity as Licensors pursuant to Article III.

  • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:

  • Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.

  • Sublicensees as used herein in either singular or plural shall mean any person or entity other than an AFFILIATED COMPANY to which Company has granted a sublicense under this Agreement.
