At any time there is more than one Issuing Bank, all singular references to the Issuing Bank shall mean any Issuing Bank, either Issuing Bank, each Issuing Bank, the Issuing Bank that has issued the applicable Letter of Credit, or both (or all) Issuing Banks, as the context may require.

  • Purchasing Banks as defined in subsection 10.5(d).

  • UK Financial Institutions means any BRRD Undertaking (as such term is defined under the PRA Rulebook (as amended from time to time) promulgated by the United Kingdom Prudential Regulation Authority) or any person falling within IFPRU 11.6 of the FCA Handbook (as amended from time to time) promulgated by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority, which includes certain credit institutions and investment firms, and certain affiliates of such credit institutions or investment firms.

  • Initial Issuing Banks has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.

  • Participating Banks means the list of Banks as set out in Table 2 below.

  • DIP Agent means the administrative agent for the DIP Lenders as defined in the DIP Credit Agreement.

  • Bank Parties means Administrative Agent and the Banks.

  • Commercial Bank means a bank, defined as a scheduled bank under section 2(e) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
