Sponsor Indemnity definition

Sponsor Indemnity means that certain Sponsor Indemnity Agreement of Borrower, dated as of the date hereof, by Sponsor in favor of Lender, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Sponsor Indemnity means the indemnity agreement dated on or about the Facility Agreement Date between, among others, the Sponsor, the Tribe and the Agent (on behalf of the Secured Parties);
