Sponsor Persons means the Sponsors and any Person controlled thereby individually or in the aggregate, directly or indirectly, other than the Company, the Partnership and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.

Related to Sponsor Persons

  • Successor Person has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.03(b)(i).
