Sport Resolutions means Sports Dispute Resolution Panel Limited a company incorporated in England/Wales (Company Number 3351039) and having its registered office at 107-111 Fleet Street, London, EC4A 2AB;
Sport Resolutions means the independent company providing dispute resolution services for sports which the ECB has appointed to assist with determining breaches under these Regulations, where the ECB is the Relevant Disciplinary Body or the Appeal Body in accordance with Regulation 2.
Sport Resolutions means The Sports Dispute Resolution Panel Limited (Company number: 3351039) trading as Sport Resolutions registered office at 1 Paternoster Lane, St Paul’s, London, EC4M 7BQ.

  • The parties shall seek to agree on one, whom they shall nominate to be appointed by the Executive Director of Sport Resolutions (UK).
