Place of entertainment means a public or private entertainment facility, such as a stadium, arena, racetrack, museum, amusement park, or other place where performances, concerts, exhibits, athletic games, or contests are held, for which an entry fee is charged, to which the public is invited to observe, and for which tickets are sold. "Place of entertainment" does not include a ski area.
Adult entertainment establishment means any of the following:
Entertainment generally means the attendance by you and your hosts or guests at a meal, sporting event, theater production, or comparable event and also might include travel to, or accommodation expenses at, a conference or an out-of-town event.
School district means a public school district.
Urban Enterprise Zones means a zone designated by the New Jersey Enterprise Zone Authority pursuant to the New Jersey Urban Enterprise Zones Act, N.J.S.A. 52:27H-60 et. seq.
Paraplegia means the permanent Paralysis and functional loss of use of both lower limbs.
Professional limited liability company means a limited
Microenterprise means an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million;
Enterprise zone means a neighborhood enterprise zone designated under the neighborhood enterprise zone act, 1992 PA 147, MCL 207.771 to 207.787.
Community or broad-based enterprise means an enterprise that has an empowerment shareholder who represents a broad base of members such as a local community or where the benefits support a target group, for example black women, people living with disabilities, the youth and workers. Shares are held via direct equity, non-profit organisations and trusts.
Parks means the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation.
Village means a village specified by the Governor by public notification to be a village for the purposes of this Part and includes a group of villages so specified.
Resident school district means the public school district in which the student resides.
Black woman-owned enterprise means an enterprise with at least 25, 1% representation of black women within the black equity and management portion.
Business enterprise means a firm, sole proprietorship, partnership, association, corporation, company, or other business entity of any kind including, but not limited to, a limited liability corporation, incorporated professional association, joint venture, estate, or trust.
