SRA Phase 1 Contribution definition

SRA Phase 1 Contribution means the funding for the SRA Phase 1 the Province provided to the Recipient in September 2020 and that is further described in the 4th paragraph of the Background to the Agreement.
SRA Phase 1 Contribution means the funding for the SRA Phase 1 the Province provided to the Recipient in September and October 2020 in accordance with the Safe Restart Agreement

Examples of SRA Phase 1 Contribution in a sentence

  • The Recipient will, upon expiry of the Agreement, pay to the Province any Funds and SRA Phase 1 Contribution and related interest remaining in its possession or under its control.

  • The Province will calculate Funds based on the actual losses or costs to the Recipient for the Financial Impacts, less any actual losses or costs (including taxes) for which the Recipient has received, will receive, or is eligible to receive, SRA Phase 1 Contribution, a rebate, credit or refund.

  • Initial Contribution means that contribution each Participant has made or agrees to make pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Catch-Up Contribution means an Elective Deferral made to the Plan by a Catch-Up Eligible Participant that, during any taxable year of such Participant, exceeds one of the following:

  • Development Contribution means the provision made by a developer under a planning agreement, being payment of a monetary contribution, the dedication of land, the carrying out of a work-in-kind, the provision of a material public benefit to be used for or applied towards a public purpose, or any combination of the above.

  • Contribution Period means the period specified in Article VI for which Employer Contributions shall be made.

  • Annual Contribution means the annual payment to the Fund made by each Member in return for Coverage by the Fund for a Fund Year;
