SREC Direct Sale Proceeds means cash distributions made by a Financing Fund to its related Managing Member, the Borrower or the Parent specifically and directly relating to amounts received by such Financing Fund from the Parent in connection with any SREC Direct Sale.
SREC Direct Sale Proceeds means cash distributions made by a Financing Fund to its related Managing Member, the Borrower or SEC specifically and directly relating to amounts received by such Financing Fund from SEC in connection with any SREC Direct Sale.
