Examples of ST Transition Services Agreement in a sentence

  • To the extent that ST or any of its Subsidiaries receives any invoices for Accounts Payable of Newco or statements evidencing amounts owed by Newco or any of its Subsidiaries to another Person, ST will promptly deliver such documents to Newco unless otherwise set forth in the ST Transition Services Agreement.
