StadCo Remedial Work definition

StadCo Remedial Work shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(a) of this Agreement.

  • Prior to undertaking any StadCo Remedial Work with an anticipated cost in excess of One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00), StadCo shall obtain the Approval of the Authority of the steps StadCo proposes to take with respect to any StadCo Remedial Work and StadCo shall select, subject to the Approval of the Authority, an environmental consultant or engineer to oversee the StadCo Remedial Work.

  • Remediation Costs means the cost of any action taken to reduce the concentration of contaminants on, in or under the Eligible Property to permit a record of site condition to be filed in the Environmental Site Registry under section 168.4 of the Environmental Protection Act and the cost of complying with any certificate of property use issued under section 168.6 of the Environmental Protection Act, as further specified in the CIP.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;
