Stadium Land definition

Stadium Land means the land shown coloured ● in Plan 1;
Stadium Land means the land forming part of the Kingfield Road Site to be used for the provision of the Stadium Development, as shown for illustrative purposes on Plan 3;
Stadium Land means the land shown edged red and to the north west of the “Langarth Park & Ride” shown on Plan 6 "Land Use Parameter Plan"

  • Upon the execution of the Stadium Land Lease, a short form memorandum thereof, suitable for recording, shall be placed of record.

  • If the purchase option is exercised, the deed conveying such property shall be subject to a restrictive covenant of reversion in the event of a subsequent exercise of eminent domain or similar process against any portion of the Remaining Property, which covenant shall terminate on the forty (40) year anniversary of the execution of the Stadium Land Lease.

  • The Stadium Land Lease shall contain an option for the tenant to purchase the leased land at anytime during the Stadium Land Lease at fair market value as established at the time the Stadium Land Lease is executed.

Related to Stadium Land

  • adjacent land means all land that borders a property and all land that would have bordered a property, if they were not separated by a river, road, railway line, power transmission line, pipeline, or a similar feature;

  • communal land means land under the jurisdiction of a traditional council determined in terms of section 6 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, (Act 4 of 2005) and which was at any time vested in -

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Stadium means a multipurpose stadium suitable for NFL football and a broad range of other civic, community, athletic, educational, cultural, and commercial activities.

  • Parcel 2 COMMON AREA APPURTENANT TO EACH COMMERCIAL UNIT PARCEL 3: NONEXCLUSIVE EASEMENTS PARCEL C (COMPRISING PARCEL 1, PARCEL 2, AND PARCEL 3,) PARCEL 1;

  • the Land means the land (including for the avoidance of doubt all buildings, structures landscaping and other erections) situated at and known as Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx XX0 0XX;

  • Adjacent means either immediately contiguous to or abutting a neighboring property, lot or walkway, and excludes property, lots, or walkways across the street from, or diagonally opposite across an intersection from the subject property, lot, or walkway.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Underground facility means any item which shall be buried or placed below ground for use in connection with the storage or conveyance of water, sewage, electronic, telephone or telegraphic communications, electric energy, oil, gas or other substances, and shall include, but not be limited to pipes, sewers, conduits, cables, valves, lines, wires, manholes, attachments and those portions of poles and their attachments below ground.

  • Private road or driveway means every way or place in private ownership and used for vehicular travel by the owner and those having express or implied permission from the owner, but not by other persons.

  • School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.

  • Forest land means all land which is capable of supporting a merchantable stand of timber and is not being actively used for a use which is incompatible with timber growing. Forest land does not include agricultural land that is or was enrolled in the conservation reserve enhancement program by contract if such agricultural land was historically used for agricultural purposes and the landowner intends to continue to use the land for agricultural purposes in the future. For small forest landowner road maintenance and abandonment planning only, the term "forest land" excludes the following:

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Resort Complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation facilities and Burswood Casino to be constructed on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2;

  • farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;

  • Leased Land means land which is the subject of a lease granted under section 60 or 93G; S. 3 def. of "lessee" amended by No. 39/1997 s. 4(2)(b).

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and
