Staff Users definition

Staff Users means Client’s employees and contractors who are authorized to use the Hosted Service as a teacher or administrator.
Staff Users means Client’s employees and contractors who are authorized to use the Service as a teacher and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Client (or by NoRedInk at Client’s request).
Staff Users means a Clinic’s unpaid user accounts for non-clinical users.

Examples of Staff Users in a sentence

  • Medical Practice shall pay Modernizing Medicine the monthly fees specified on Schedule “A” of the License Agreement with respect to the Staff Users (the “Staff Services Fee”) authorized to use the Software in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Initially, the Software shall provide access for the number of Staff Users specified on Schedule “A” of the License Agreement.

More Definitions of Staff Users

Staff Users means those individuals employed or contracted by Customer who use the Entrinsik Service as provided to Customer for registration in Customer courses, conferences, seminars and other events (collectively “Customer Courses”).

Related to Staff Users

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;

  • system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Service Users means each person who is referred or presents to the Provider as part of the provision of the Services;

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Mobile means any mobile delivery technology including 3G, 3.5G, 4G, 5G cellular technology, and any subsequent generation technology, edge, DVBH or DMB which is or may be used with radio frequency spectrum in any band, to enable or facilitate transmission of textual material, data, voice, video and/or multimedia service to any device (whether now known or hereafter developed) which is capable of receiving and/or sending voice and/or data and/or video communications by means of a device which is designed primarily as a portable device.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Download means copying data from one computer system (for example a backend server) to another (for example a vehicle).

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Hyperlink means a special HTML code that allows text or graphics to serve as a link that, when clicked on, takes a user to another place in the same document, to another document, or to another Internet Web site or Web page.
