Stall Holder definition

Stall Holder means any person other than a kerbside vendor who sets up a stall in the Municipality for the purpose of any activity involving the sale of food or wares to the public. This definition includes the person or organisation responsible for the management of a recognised community event (school fete, fair or other similar event).

Examples of Stall Holder in a sentence

  • No refunds are issued to any Stall Holder if the weather deteriorates during the day and the event is stopped.

  • A Stall Holder who has booked for and prepaid their Stall Fee and fails to attend the event without notice forfeits their stall fee.

  • A Stall Holder who has booked for and pre-paid their Stall Fee will not be entitled to a refund or credit if they elect to cease trading at any time during the event.

  • The Chief Executive Officer be delegated authority to cancel Stall Holder licences, Hawkers Licences and Trading in Public Places Licences should the conditions imposed on a license not be met.

  • Except in respect of death our personal injury caused by College’s or the Organiser’s negligence or default, each of the College and the Organisers excludes liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for loss or damage suffered by the Stall Holder or any person attending the Event or any other person involved directly or indirectly with the Event which arises out of or in connection with the use of the College ad/or the Stall for the purpose of the Event.

Stall Holder or "stall keeper" means any person holding a stall or an enclosed stall and it includes auctioneer;
