Examples of Standard Schedule of Rates in a sentence

  • Standard Schedule of Rates (SSOR) Items: Any item of work carried out by the Contractor on the instructions of the Engineer which is not included in the accepted Bill(s) of Quantities but figures in the Standard Schedule of Rates (SSOR), shall be executed at the rates set forth in the "Standard Schedule of Rates (SSOR)" modified by the tender percentage as accepted in the contract for that chapter of Standard Schedule of Rates (SSOR).

  • However, in case of Non Standard Schedule of Rates (SSOR) items, the limit of 25% would apply on the individual items irrespective of the manner of quoting the rate (single percentage rate or individual item rate).

Related to Standard Schedule of Rates

  • Schedule of Rates means the priced Schedule of Rates forming part of the tender [where applicable].

  • Day-Ahead Schedule has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Schedule of Prices means the completed price schedule or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Contractor with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract documents.

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Schedule of Fees means the published note of the School's prevailing fees notified to you from time to time and a copy of which remains available on the School's website and from the School at any time upon request;

  • Priced Schedule of Quantities means the schedule of quantities duly priced with the accepted quoted rates of the contractor.

  • Order Schedule means MSC’s form Order Schedule or any other mutually agreed upon order schedule which references this Agreement (by citing the MSC Agreement Number above or otherwise) and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services to be provided by MSC to Customer hereunder and the fees to be paid by Customer.

  • Schedule of compliance means a schedule of remedial measures included in a state permit, including an enforceable sequence of interim requirements (for example, actions, operations, or milestone events) leading to compliance with the Act, the CWA and regulations.

  • Conversion Schedule means the Conversion Schedule in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.
