Standard Tariff definition

Standard Tariff means our “standard tariff of charges”.
Standard Tariff means the standard rates applied by DCT for services, as found on the DCT Website.
Standard Tariff means the list of call rates as may be published and varied by us from time to time (currently available at xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/xxxxx).

  • DCT accepts orders for additional services (specified in the Standard Tariff) in electronic form only by means of TOS.

  • The tariff applies to all performances in premises outside of the areas represented by the Licensed Vintners’ Association, to which the Standard Tariff PLVA applies (but see paragraph 11 re jukeboxes).

  • This tariff does not apply to - performances of Repertoire Controlled by IMRO in seated restaurant areas within the premises, these being chargeable under IMRO Standard Tariff HRNPD.

  • This tariff has been discussed with the Vintners’ Federation of Ireland and does not include Licensees whose charges are currently calculated by reference to Standard Tariff HRNPD.

More Definitions of Standard Tariff

Standard Tariff means PT’s predetermined fees applicable to all services rendered by it, as revised annually and/or amended from time to time;
Standard Tariff means the charge to be paid by the Customer for or in connection with the supply of gas under the Gas Tariffs Regulations or such lesser charge that the Retailer publish from time to time, and can include a fixed supply charge and a gas usage charge; and “supply address” means the address to which gas will be supplied under the contract; and

Standard Tariff means TO’s predetermined fees applicable to all services rendered by it, as revised annually and/or amended from time to time; 1.1.20 "Supplier" shall mean any person with whom TO transacts any business for purposes of rendering the Clearing and Forwarding Services to the Customer, and shall include, but not be limited to: ship chandlers, vendors of all types of Goods, repairers, suppliers of Goods and services of whatsoever nature, other ships' agents or brokers, importers and exporters, and port and other authorities in the Republic of South Africa; 1.1.21 "Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions recorded herein; 1.1.22 "TO" shall mean Trade Ocean Shipping Services (Proprietary) Limited (registration number 2006/023770/07) a private company with limited liability, duly incorporated in accordance with the company laws of the Republic of South Africa; 1.2 Where applicable, the provisions of 1.1 shall impose substantive obligations on the Parties as provided in the provision concerned.
