Standards and Procedures definition

Standards and Procedures means the documents listed in Schedule 4 and any other guidelines, rules, requirements or Site specific conditions which the Principal makes available to the Contractor from time to time.
Standards and Procedures means standards of conduct and internal controls that are reasonably capable of reducing the likelihood of criminal conduct.

More Definitions of Standards and Procedures

Standards and Procedures means performance standards or codes of conduct issued by the Director of Gas under clause 5.2 of schedule 2.
