Standards Manual means the manual published by the Company in 2014 (Issue 3) (as amended from time to time) pursuant to the Code;

Standards Manual or “standards” means any requirements for the design, construction, installation, operation, maintenance, condition, modification, repair, relocation or removal of communications facilities and supplements to the provisions of this Title that are prepared and made public by the Department of Public Works as revised from time to time at the discretion of the Director of Public Works.

Related to Standards Manual

  • CERC Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be updated from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and which is an integral part of the Operational Manual.

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Project Operations Manual referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the said manual may be amended from time to time, with the prior written approval of the Bank, and such term includes any schedules to the POM.

  • PRA Handbook means the PRA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Service Standards means the set of Service Measures, Service Levels, conditions and Service Guarantee Payments as set out in Schedule 1;

  • Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.4 of the Order Form;

  • Accounting Manual means the latest version of the document titled “Accounting for Parents and Citizens Associations” that is published by the Department of Education as amended from time to time.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
