Administrative Borrower has the meaning set forth in Section 17.9.
Borrower Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.01.
Revolving Administrative Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble of this Agreement.
Responsible administrative authority means, with respect to a structured settlement, any government authority vested by law with exclusive jurisdiction over the settled claim resolved by the structured settlement.
Canadian Administrative Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, in its capacity as Canadian administrative agent for the Lenders hereunder.
Administrative Office means Liberty Life Assurance Company of Boston, 9 Riverside Road, Weston, MA 02493.
Term Administrative Agent shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Self-administration means carrying and taking medication without the intervention of the school nurse, approved through the school district policy and restricted to students with asthma, other potentially life-threatening illnesses or life-threatening allergic reaction.

Authorized Borrower Representative means a person at the time designated and authorized to act on behalf of the Borrower by a written certificate furnished to the Governmental Lender, the Funding Lender, the Fiscal Agent and the Servicer and containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Borrower by its Borrower Controlling Entity which certificate may designate one or more alternates.
Second Lien Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.
ABL Administrative Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facilities Documentation, or any successor administrative agent and collateral agent under the ABL Facilities Documentation.
First Lien Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.
Administrative Party means the Arranger or the Facility Agent.
Account Administrator means the person(s) who have been granted authority by Customer to set up, amend, or otherwise control settings and/or make additional purchases for the Account via the Administrative Portal. Account Administrators may have varying levels of Account rights, skills, or permissions.
Term Loan Administrative Agent means the administrative agent under the Term Loan Agreement
administrative staff means all persons employed by the University who are categorised in terms of the Statutes as members of the administrative staff;
Domestic Lending Office means, with respect to any Lender, the office of such Lender specified as its "Domestic Lending Office" opposite its name on Schedule I hereto or in the Assignment and Acceptance pursuant to which it became a Lender, or such other office of such Lender as such Lender may from time to time specify to the Borrower and the Agent.
Foreign Custody Manager has the meaning set forth in section (a)(3) of Rule 17f-5.
Insurance Administration means, with respect to each Shared Policy, the accounting for premiums, retrospectively-rated premiums, defense costs, indemnity payments, deductibles and retentions, as appropriate, under the terms and conditions of each of the Shared Policies; and the reporting to excess insurance carriers of any losses or claims which may cause the per-occurrence, per claim or aggregate limits of any Shared Policy to be exceeded, and the distribution of Insurance Proceeds as contemplated by this Agreement.
Administrative Agent’s Office means the Administrative Agent’s address and, as appropriate, account as set forth on Schedule 10.02, or such other address or account as the Administrative Agent may from time to time notify to the Borrower and the Lenders.
Money Market Lending Office means, as to each Bank, its Domestic Lending Office or such other office, branch or affiliate of such Bank as it may hereafter designate as its Money Market Lending Office by notice to the Borrower and the Agent; provided that any Bank may from time to time by notice to the Borrower and the Agent designate separate Money Market Lending Offices for its Money Market LIBOR Loans, on the one hand, and its Money Market Absolute Rate Loans, on the other hand, in which case all references herein to the Money Market Lending Office of such Bank shall be deemed to refer to either or both of such offices, as the context may require.
Borrower Agent as defined in Section 4.4.
Administrative authority means the state or local official responsible for the administration and enforcement of this act.
Scheme Administrator means the person or company appointed under an instrument by the founder to manage the administrative affairs of the scheme.
